Webinar: The Agriculture Irrigation Industry Responds to the California drought

In a webinar series produced by the University of California, Davis, Toro’s Inge Bisconer addressed some agriculture irrigation responses to the ongoing drought plaguing much of the western United States.

This online seminar series from the University of California, Agriculture and Natural Resources, with support from the California Department of Water Resources, brings timely, relevant expertise on water and drought from around the UC system and beyond directly to interested communities. 

The current drought has forced water usage into the spotlight.  This is particularly true for California’s agriculture industry.  In the webinar “The Agriculture Irrigation Industry Responds to the California drought,” Inge discusses the many water and cost saving benefits that many growers have enjoyed by using drip irrigation over other irrigation methods.
